SHIPPING & HANDLING

Custom Gift, Inc. will make every attempt to notify each customer of their expected ship date for each order. This notification will normally occur via E-mail within 72 hours of the date the order is received.  In stock items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days, F.O.B. Dallas.  

Custom pad printing, screen printing, engraving or embroidery can usually be completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks from the date of your approval.  Custom Gift, Inc. will promptly advise the customer via E-mail if and when an order is delayed for any reason. Orders canceled after the products are shipped are subject to the return warranty information provided below. Custom Gift, Inc. charges a $1.95 handling charge to each order, in addition to shipping charges. 

There is no minimum order amount with Custom Gift, Inc.  However, in order to maintain the absolute lowest prices for everyone, there is a $5 surcharge on all orders less than $100.  If the order is less than $50 the total surcharge is $8.00.  This surcharge, if applicable, will be billed separately at the time your order is shipped.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE 

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the product quality, material, or workmanship, you may return the product in an unused condition, in the original packaging, freight prepaid within 5 days of initial receipt. All returns must include a prior return Authorization Number. The Authorization Number must appear on all packages and related documents. Any return without a valid Authorization Number will be refused. All authorized returns will be fully credited to the customer’s credit card, or refunded in cash, at the customer’s option. Please Note: This satisfaction guarantee applies only to defects in material or workmanship. For textile (wearing apparel) and other products, please ensure the correct size, colors and other applicable attributes are ordered correctly. Returns will not be authorized for incorrect sizes, colors or other attributes ordered in error.

FREIGHT LOSS/DAMAGES

Damages due to shipping must be claimed directly with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damaged after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage. You must then file a claim directly with the freight carrier. Custom Gift, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damages caused by the freight carrier.

SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS

Many items may be ordered in larger quantities, i.e., 100 or more pieces, with a custom screen print, pad print, laser/yag engraving, or embroidery at an additional charge. If this special custom work is ordered, an illustration proof or actual sample will be provided prior to full production and shipping. The customer must provide authorization of the product quality and workmanship for the proof or sample product before full production begins. Once this authorization is provided, the product quality, material and workmanship is considered satisfactory to the customer.

ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Many products carry an extended warranty. This includes products with a one year, five year, ten year, and lifetime warranty. If your product includes such a warranty, please follow the warranty registration instructions shipped with the products, if applicable, to ensure your warranty directly with the manufacturer is valid. All extended manufacturer warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
